Review

Windows 8.1 is an odd operating system by Microsoft's standards. It was compatible for all devices that supported Windows 8, but it's design was built for a tablet (Windows 8) but edited so that it looks reasonable on a desktop, and was intended for desktop users. You see, Windows 8, which was arguably a failiure of an operating system, but Windows 8.1 was meant to be similar to Windows 8, but not so bad that it earned the same reputation that its predecessor had.
Windows 8.1, in my opinion, isn't that very good of an operating system, particularly when Windows 10 already exists, even if it is still a reasonably good improvement of its predcessor, it still didn't perform that well in a desktop environment.
