Zorin OS is an operating system that is designed to act as much as possible like a Windows computer. It has a "zorin menu" to replace the start menu and you can customise it to look like one of a few Windows versions. You have to purchase the full version, though, if you want all of them, which does include the option to customise it to look like an Apple Mac, and it also includes Wine pre-installed, which allows you to download Windows programs on Linux.
Overall, Zorin OS is a nice operating system that I would advise you to get if you either wanted to transition from Windows to Linux, or don't want to buy a really expensive Windows key.
